These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurora Lotto Beacon regarding your access to and use of our lottery platform services. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation. Failure to meet these requirements or provide requested verification may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You may fund your account using approved payment methods. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
Winnings may be withdrawn to your verified payment method after completing identity verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-7 business days but may take longer depending on payment method and verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. We may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on winnings. We may be required to report winnings to tax authorities and withhold taxes as required by Canadian law.
We facilitate access to officially licensed Canadian lottery games. All lottery draws are conducted by provincial lottery corporations, not by Aurora Lotto Beacon. Draw results are final and binding. We are not responsible for errors in draw results conducted by third-party lottery organizations. Winning tickets must be claimed within the time period specified by the relevant lottery corporation. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited according to lottery rules.

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. You acknowledge that lottery participation should be recreational entertainment, not a source of income. We provide tools to help you maintain control, including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. You agree to use these tools responsibly and to seek professional help if you believe you may have a gaming problem.
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is owned by Aurora Lotto Beacon or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ontario, Canada, and be conducted in English. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending resolution of any outstanding issues or legal obligations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services and close your account.
